Terms & Conditions

Shipping Rates

  1. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
  2. Rates are set by KulayATBP and are not always the same as those charged by shipping companies.  Any excess fees or cost savings will be for the account of KulayATBP.
  3. Orders shipped by courier (LBC or NinjaVan) must have a maximum weight of 3KG inclusive of packaging or must fit in flat pouch dimensions of 18" x 12", even if order weight is less than 3KG.  Any items in excess of the indicated weight or volume will be packed in a separate pouch and charged to buyer at the applicable per pouch rate.
  4. For extra large orders, please contact us on Facebook @ KulayATBP for assistance to arrange cargo shipping.  You may also ask your preferred Freight Forwarder to pick up at our warehouse.

Warehouse Pick Up

  1. Choose Option: Pick Up at Warehouse
  2. Location: RRI Bldg, 811 S. Laurel St, Addition Hills, Mandaluyong
  3. Hours: 10am-4pm, Mon to Sat except holidays
  4. Buyer is responsible for booking own pick up.
  5. Please wait for confirmation SMS before pick up.
  6. Safety protocols will be strictly followed.

Shipping Company Policies

  1. Shipments are insured as per policy of shippers.
  2. Any loss or damage to goods during transit shall be charged exclusively to shipping insurance.
  3. For safety and reliability, our preferred shipper is LBC.  If delivery address is out of coverage with LBC, we will use NinjaVan.  Additional rates may apply for other non-accredited couriers.
  4. KulayATBP reserves the right to adopt different packing techniques or packaging materials, and to negotiate with shippers for wholesale or bulk shipping rates or for a waiver of excess weight charges and other fees on a case-to-case basis.  Cost savings from these actions, if any, will not be refunded to buyers. However, it is our policy to provide the lowest shipping cost to buyers and we will periodically review and lower our shipping rates if market conditions allow.  Please contact us at KulayATBP with any questions or concerns.

Packaging

  1. LBC: Polymailer Pouch or KB Box
  2. NinjaVan: Polymailer Pouch or NJV Box
  3. Cargo: Corrugated boxes or other packaging
  4. We will pack your orders in the fewest number of polymailer pouches or boxes possible.  However, oversized or special items may require more packaging materials.  KulayATBP reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for these items.

Delivery Time

  1. We do not guarantee the delivery time. 
  2. Actual delivery time is based on the target delivery time of the shipping company, subject to delays due to weather, quarantine, or other circumstances.

Tracking Package

  1. Tracking of package is the responsibility of the buyer.  You will receive an email with a tracking # and a link to check the status of your order.
  2. We will do our best to follow up on your order, but due to the large volume of orders, there may be some delays in our monitoring.
